Micro Bags for Spring

I’m so excited for the coming Spring – I feel like the last two months flew by (mostly inside – as the NYC weather is quite unforgiving this time of year) and I can’t wait to shed all the layers and pull out the cute dresses, skirts and denim jackets.

I find that whenever I am experiencing the Winter blues, the best cure (besides actual sunshine) is adding a pop of yellow to my outfits. I was putting together my most recent IGTV with some inspirational outfits for Spring and really focused the looks on the sunshine color to uplift the mood – accessorizing all of them with this gorgeous Canary Yellow PS 1 Micro Satchel by Proenza Schouler. The bag (despite it’s very bright color) goes with everything! I styled it with jeans, skirt and my favorite Zimmermann Allia Tie Dress for my last family photo shoot.

I definitely think the Micro Bag trend is continuing into the Spring – and they make adorable *while maybe not practical* wardrobe additions!
